The beloved Piña Colada, sans brain freeze!
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Milk
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Garnish: Pineapple slice and Cocktail Cherry
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until outside of the shaker is frosted and cold, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail cherry.
