Perfectly balanced between sweet and tart with just the right amount of thirst quenching bubbles.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Siesta Key Silver Rum
10 fresh Mint Leaves
1 Lime, juiced
1 tsp Honey
Club Soda
PREPARATION
Add mint leaves, lime juice and honey into a glass. Gently muddle. You want to release oils from the mint, not break up the leaves. Add Siesta Key Silver Rum and fill the glass 2/3 with ice. Top off with club soda and garnish with mint and lime. *Add more or less honey and lime to adjust the sweetness level.
