We will first cover the history of our craft distillery and an overview of awards our small company has won. Then we will teach you about what makes our rums taste so good, and how we make them; from mashing, fermenting and finally distillation! Lastly we chat about barrel aging and bottling our rums.
Tours begin promptly at their scheduled times, however we offer free tastings, cocktails for purchase and shopping - we welcome you to arrive ten minutes up to an hour before the tour begins.
